Meet The Team
The team behind Palante Wealth Advisors is made up of qualified financial professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their ideal retirements.
Victor J. Medina, CELA®, CFP®, RICP®President and Founder
Victor J. Medina became an advisor and a lawyer to give his clients a complete financial and legal planning experience under one roof. As a fiduciary advisor, Victor is required by law to serve clients to the best of his ability by putting their needs above his own. He takes this responsibility seriously in all he does, and he is proud to assist individuals and their families every day.
Victor found success as a lawyer prior to entering the financial services industry. He founded Medina Law Group in 2006 and established a family-centered approach to planning, with an emphasis on creating practical solutions for families facing struggles in retirement and later years. He and his team focus on helping clients retire and stay retired with income that will last.
Seeing a need for a more complete client experience, Victor founded Palante Wealth Advisors in 2012. Since then, Victor has been featured on national television and in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post and U.S. News & World Report — as well as dozens of other publications — for his expertise in estate and retirement planning. He is the host of his own podcast, “Make It Last with Victor Medina,” featured on WCTC 1450 AM in New Jersey. He is also the author of three books: “Make It Last: Ensuring Your Nest Egg is Around as Long as You Are,” “Make It Last: How to Get, and Keep, Your Legal Ducks in a Row” and “Make It Last: Protecting Your Family From the Costs of Aging,” all available on Amazon.
Victor is a nationally recognized estate planning lawyer and a Certified Elder Law Attorney™ (CELA®). Additionally, as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Victor leverages highly specialized skills and knowledge to offer his clients the gold standard in retirement planning. In addition to being difficult to obtain, the CFP® and RICP® designations also signal Victor’s dedication to the principles of integrity, confidentiality, competence and professionalism that are necessary to provide truly client-focused service. He is the past president of the American Association of Trusts, Estates and Elder Law Attorneys as well as a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning and retirement planning.
Victor is married to Jennifer, a school psychologist, and together they are the parents of three sons. Victor lives and practices in Pennington, New Jersey.
